What size are your napkins? We offer both cocktail and luncheon sized napkins, you choose which size you want when adding the products to your cart.
Do you offer any other size of napkin? At this time we only offer cocktail and luncheon sized napkins.
What "ply" or thickness are your napkins? Our napkins are 3 ply, except for our Kraft napkins, which are 2 ply.
Are your napkins stamped? Our napkins are NOT stamped, they are all printed.
Do you take custom requests? We love custom requests! If you have a particular theme you are looking for that is not listed in our shop catalog, please email us-prettyforyourparty@gmail.com so we can discuss what options we have available! We love designing things from scratch, so please reach out and we will do everything we can to accommodate! *Please DO NOT order an item and put in notes to make changes and custom requests- this is NOT the way to arrange a custom order. Can you print a picture on a napkin or favor bag for me? Yes! Email us your picture at prettyforyourparty@gmail.com and we can discuss what you are looking for and are happy to accommodate!
Can you put our company logo and/or slogan on a napkin or favor bag for me? Yes! Email us your logo and information at prettyforyourparty@gmail.com and we can discuss what you are looking for and are happy to accommodate! We have done a lot of work for major corporations and websites all around the world and would love to work with you, too!
Do you offer returns? We do not offer returns due to the personalized nature of our products. Even on the items that are not "personalized" with a name can not be returned, as those are still printed to order.
Do you offer refunds if my items do not get here in time for my event? We do not offer refunds due to the personalized nature of our products. We always want to make sure you get your items in time for your event, so please pay close attention to our production time and shipping options, and make sure and contact us with your event date if you are unsure if they will make it in time and might need to upgrade your shipping.
