All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, processing times, or availability at any time.
Personalized and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for entering personalization details accurately at checkout when purchasing a personalized item. Please review all names, dates, wording, punctuation, colors, and other custom details carefully before submitting your order. Please take special note that on most of our personalized items, the name is the only thing that changes, everything else remains the same as shown.
Once production as begun, changes may not be possible. Personalized and custom items are final sale except in cases of damage, defect, or an error made by us.
Product Appearance
Because all of our products are handmade, printed, personalized- slight variations in placement, color, texture, folds, or appearance may occur. Computer and mobile screens may also display colors differently.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, incomplete personalization information, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order properly.
Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, weather events, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Personalized and custom items are generally final sale. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items.
Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, photographs, graphics, branding, text, or other original materials belonging to Sparkle & Sparrow may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Our designs are made by us and are copyrighted, and duplication or reproduction of them will be reported and legal repercussions will ensue.
Customers who provide logos, artwork, wording, or other materials for custom orders represent that they have the right to use those materials and authorize us to reproduce them for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website or its content for unlawful purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, and other business functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
